What do you do when you have an outdated ranch, a need for more space, and the limitation of using the existing footprint? You get creative and build a Cape! Maximizing every inch of space was the goal with this house, and the result was a first floor master, two bedrooms upstairs, and builtins and closets everywhere. We loved all the details in this house, including the wood beam shelving that was restored from the Frank Jones Brewery down the road, the living room built ins that hug the brick mantle fireplace, and the shiplap covered staircase that gives the entry just a bit more character. The final touch, a brass letter mail slot on the front door.
