At MBS we love working on properties with a good story, and this may be one of our favorites. A summer beach cottage that provided years of family memories, sandy fun, and evening dinners was passed down to a homeowner who wanted to make the property her full time residence. The new design included a stunning entryway, custom carved rooflines, intricate tile designs, and ample space for hosting and entertaining her family for years to come. One of our favorite spaces in the new house is the beautiful cathedraled sun room, designed to pay homepage to the property's original sun porch, where the homeowner spent countless hours growing up playing games, eating dinners, and hanging out with her family.
