It may be hard to imagine, but this modern colonial was once a 1960s style ranch. Removing the existing house, but keeping the Foundation, MBS loved working with this family to design a home that provided more space, perfect nooks and crannies for their favorite pieces, and a style that fit seamlessly into the neighborhood. Another fun element - the solar panels that provide energy efficiency and a sleek finished look.
